Our History

Runtong Jewelry’s full name is Qingdao Runtong Art Crafts Co. Ltd., was founded by Peter Hu in 2007.

Peter’s love for fashion jewelry craftsmanship started in 2005 where he devoted himself in learning the manufacturing and business side. Through long-term persistence and efforts by Peter and his excellent team, Runtong now has been one of the leading suppliers in Qingdao, China.

Runtong has grown since its inception. It now occupies 3,800 square meters and employs 120 people, including skilled artisans and support staff.

Runtong is committed to fulfilling the needs of North American and European markets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Since our founding, we have specialized in the manufacturing of costume jewelry, combining expertise in research, design, production, quality and trading. Our primary target market is

North America and Europe, where we focus on delivering high-quality jewelry under various brands.

We are located in Qingdao, which gives us easy advantage to air and ocean transportations.

 

What we produce

We offer a diverse range of costume jewelry, including earrings, necklaces, bracelets, bangles, rings, anklets, brooches, hair accessories, and other items related to jewelry or apparel.

Our development process is highly customer focused. We develop collections based on client’s concepts and design specifications. By maintaining close communication with our customers, we develop a clear understanding of each brand DNA, Design and Quality details that gets implemented to the development stage.  

We also produce seasonal collections for Spring, Summer, Fall and Holiday occasions. We develop these collections based on distinct design themes and material offerings, ensuring they align with our customers’ preferences. This aids in development speed and makes us a true partner building the brand and the business together.

 

Techniques and material capabilities

We utilize various techniques and materials, including brass castings, stainless steel, sterling silver, poured enamel, ground off enamel, and a range of metal finishes. Our capabilities also extend to resin, hand-cut glass, hand made chain, semi-precious stones, acetate, acrylic, etc.
